I called LTA and talk **** with the officer. After a while, she talk to me maniam friend and told me that those converted under revised OPC scheme (for existing OPC car owner only, not sure about the normal plate) in end Jan 2010 will not be able to convert back to normal plate. We had a lengthy discussion on this as I think it may not be fair to the OPC car owners. She said she will reflect my feedback up must she said most likely confirmed already. She said the details of the revised OPC scheme would be out probably early Dec 09. So please take the info with a pinch of salt, may or may not be true. I repeat, the informtion came to me during a talk **** session with a LTA officer.

I just called my SE to tell him , he said , there are cases like this as well , but i told him , for now i just bear with it as i've no time to go and change as tomorow Hari Raya already .
