Wet windows after wash
Hi after washing my car and drying it, I wind down my windows and wind up again. The windows become all wet, is this normal? My old suzuki didnt have this.

wet windows mean water in the doors, won't it rust the door from the inside?

Same for most, if not all, cars. That is why there are always drain holes at the bottom perimeter of the weld beads.
This is the aspect as to why I have reservations about noise insulation material being stuck on the outer panel of the door. Fine if it dries out, but what if the sound absorbent material doesn't? Day-in and day-out... moisture against the metal like that is asking for trouble... Potential to rust very high; before you know it, little 'bubbles popping under the paint-work....
You should see the kind of crap one can find inside the door panels of off-road enthusiasts after wet crossings with water levels above the wheel axle. Dried 'salted' 'minnows' anyone?
