i once saw a tuscani put the "gtr" logo on the left while the "type r" logo on the right...+500hp +250hp respectively = +750Hp....... Laughing

no offence k bro? but u put "type r" will get luffed at by many hondas...just my 2 cents...even on road "type r"s also remove logo so as not to attract uneccessary attention........

hey guys, it's the owner's preference and the BK-ed Forte looks hotter than both the Euro and JDM Civic Type-Rs... Very Happy

If you add in turbo for Forte, it can also be as fast as a Type-R. So yup, let's accept kurttan's Forte Type R into our family!

There are certain unwritten rules about dress up of cars..... you do not just stick anything you can buy in the market .....

No TRD, that's Toyota.... no Mugen which is Honda.... etc etc....

There may be people who will not tell you directly, but wil be laughing behind, especially if you go to workshops etc....

No hard feelings mate, but that's the truth...

Don't get us wrong, we do respect your desire to custom and/or trick-out your car any way you desire. But I think it's a community norm to not encroach on such boundaries.

No malice, Kurt! Norms aside, it's still a great looking car. I've always been partial to white cars(except those with blinks on the roof) just didn't have the bandwidth and latitude to maintain the paintwork. =)

but kurttan really true... it is not right to cross the line of other car brand.....

it is ok if you put sports etcs... but type R..errr...and also if you travel late at nite you might get challenge by those young gangster driver..

Everyone have their own unit tastes and personal takes for what's nice and what's not.....so what he pasted Type-R as long he likes and happy with it, who r we to KPKB? Enough of those sarcastic remarks....just like some of the cases here with loud stickers or bling bling stuffs, likely only u think is nice but in the eyes of another person it's damned ugly or another wannabe!!!

Ohhh no!! So you the one who has the car with the Type R logo?? Ok ok. Not to reitterate what the others have said here, but someone did ask me if I know the Forte with the 'Type R' logo. They were laughing like mad. :-)

And best part is, the are not Honda drivers. In my opinion, whether our Forte can beat hondas or even Type Rs or not, we should be proud of our Fortes. :-)

But if you wanna put a Type R logo, then be prepared to get **** from ppl. I think most comments on this thread have been pretty nice and polite already. :-)

Anyways, didnt believe what my friends told me, but now, I shall be on a lookout for the Type R Forte on the road. :-)

we haven say anything but u already take up the role of being "writer", "director" and "actor"..

anyway.. nice to bring up ideas..

We used to have an emblem thread but was shut down after knowing the price is exp even with a large no. of people going for it.

You might try to re-organise it and go for a simple and lower cost 1 =)
