Mine is an SX, with the panel already in.

I think sound insulation pad might be more helpful if your concern is about the noise.

That pad is basically a hard cardboard that helps to keep engine heat away from ur bonnet.
Bonnet paint/putty will crack if bonnet is too hot in long run.
It wont cut down engine noise.

how about insulate the bottom prevent from heat transfer direct to our console box. What a Face

Any good recommendation from any bros ?
