scratched front bumper

did a 4 lane u-turn at a very high speed, noticed that cannot complete u-turn without hitting kerb so e-braked in the middle of the u-turn

the under side of my front bumper rubbed the floor and got scratched and i want to repair it, how do i go about doing so?

will a fresh coat of paint do the job? or will i have to buffer down the plastics first?
also how much will it cost? its a small area only, around the size of a palm

and yes, i did a u-turn at high speed because i was trying to drift... again

drift in stock car? really really not advisable...to drift, a lot of things have to be changed. Not as easy as watching a fast and furious movie. Ur suspension set up...drive train, alignment, wheel, chasis...whole tons of things has to be ready to execute a drift safely. and front wheel drive to drift? it take a whole lot of skill. pls dun execute it in the public..this one is really dangerous...one false move, u lost control.

so nobody knows how much it costs to repair a bumper?

small scratch marks can be buffed away after paint over. if bumper deformed it will cost about $200++ to replace. am thinking is the forte original fitting of the front bumper "flimsy"? i just changed my bumper but the screws under carriage seems to be untightened. worry may drop out anytime! but i dunno issit the case...
any bros can test try shake their front bumper let me know?
