KIA Expert Health Check

Hi,

Any bros and siSs going for the 'exclusively for kia owners' KIA Expert health check?

I received it too today. Think C&C is trying to take advantage on the recent recalls by Touota, Honda, GM and Hyundai.

Is it worth going because nneds to pay $15 for it ? Wonder check liao .... C&C will give you a long list of item to change ?

Or maybe can complain about the alignment problem ?

Hmmm. I nv receive but just received car...so nah...

then will they say everything is ok according to the phamplet? else not ok they have a ramge of long services payable to do???

So the expert will also think veering to the left is normal ya?

i received the 'invitation' yesterday as well. while i was reading it i thought even if it's free i would still need to consider. then when i reached the back it stated $$$ i immediately tore the card and threw it into the bin...

Ask cust go attend also wan to earn $$. I give my daughter the card to play w it. Haha

value added service mah... HAHAHA

last time only 10 dollah..... now 15?????

no diff. they'll juz pass u the booklet that says that it's normal for things to be abnormal.

With so many "why" , the korean expert will spend more than an hr discussing on the translation ...by then times up ..bye..bye

i have been through this. they say this is not a complain and feedback session. after that they will give you a form to write down all the problems. then a service advisor will call you to rectify the problem. they do not allow people to spoil the party.

how come i haven't received the party invitation yet?????? when is it??

What is the diff on this session with the regular servicing? The location are the same, LK or Pandan Svc Ctr. They can't even handle regular servicing properly, how are the service attendant going spend extra time for this kinf of health check session.

I think the $15 is for the Coffee and TimSum at the lounge.

Expert Health Check my hairy pimply arse! Whatever for? Ample opportunity for them to add more dings, nicks and scratches than necessary? As it is, I'm trying to reduce my car's exposure to their blatant unnecessary (mis)handling other than the required servicing intervals.

If we go there to shoot questions about the problems faced by Forte such as crack windscreen and squeaks and headlamp fogging, will they be able to give a very satisfactory answer? Most probably answer is no.
They invite us and ask us to PAY $15 to tell us what a trusty mechanic can tell us for free. We paid for the car, why dun C&C be a kind soul and give free workshops to us drivers once a while?

yes pay and go back listen to their crap... end up scare u say if u service outside will spoil this will spoil that.. void warrenty etc lolx

the $15 is to pay for flying in the Kimchi and their expenses incur here.....they can't even give us a straight answer as in why windscreen crack, steering wheel giving out squeaking noise, etc...and now they claimed to be expert to help us check our car health......

money money i love money.

This time we talk problems.....not poison.

We want answers and solutions......not pamphlet for "new" drivers.

If they don't believe the veering left problem, they can always test the Kia car versus other makes. And see if they came up short in their customer service.

during my time with hyundai,they have it free for the owners
