Booked my Koup on 16Oct. Actually we saw the car at vivocity before that and from then till we book, the SE called us a few times to update me of the car and to make her sales pitch. but since i booked the car, we communicated 4 times and each time it was i who initiated the calls. so much for customer service.

in this age and time with logistics and planning, find it naive for the SE to offer 'excuses' that they do not know what and when shipments or delivery can be made. shipping firms are able to schedule vessels arrival and departure months ahead unless incremental weather. Probably the company think that the lack of communication and information is the best for customers' ignorance. wait and wait...COE is 3 months old and three months to go.

Its the problem with big companies, information can't be passed through easily...

Just got update from SE that earliest shipment will be end of Jan and might even be till after CNY..

Note that because the 1.6 sells better, the wait is longer than the 2.0.

was being informed that delayed due to Korea side.. not sure how true la..
