may i know how come u guys remove the socket? is it useless? wat does it do?
advisable to remove?

The 2nd pic is the car alarm siren.....1st pic not sure.

That socket seems missing because it's a manual car. Only autos have it.

The highlighted area in 1st pic is ECM (Engne Control Module). The empty socket is for ignition coil according to KGIS. I think it has installed an aftermarket ignition controller.
