wah bro, i'm glad you are all right after this 'turtle' incident. this afternoon i was just chatting with my colleague and he told me recently he saw quite a number of vios 'turtles' on the road..

not too long ago i also got banged from behind by a truck driver when i stopped at a red light. these drivers are really one of a kind...

anyway rest well and hope you recover soon.. at least you are still all right.. no worries about the ncd. if he did not stop at the stop-line, he has clearly broke the law. no worries..

yeah along the stright road my speed is around 70 -80 km lorry driver which just pass P-plat told be he thought i am still far.This mean he is tiring to pick up speed into the main road before the next flow of traffic coming in.I just exited TPE.If my car is fast a light touch from my left car and i am already on the extrem right lane which i already squezz my car to the extrem right kerb already,tyre rolling cause frection from the kerb plus lorry impact i fly 180 round like jacky chan stun man.Lucky sit blet intact manage to unplug seat blet and craw out.
Already log police report for 3 days MC now my body aching and my neck is stiff.

Thank all brothers here for your concern after recovery is time for my to settle paper work with AIG clam from that lorry driver.Lucky he has a licent and also not drink drive or he hit and run,otherwise i will have to dig my pocket money

shawn ... take a rest, car can change after damaged, body parts a little bit more difficult to change, ....

to all.... when driving, stay alert always, when on the roads, don't just look at the car in front of you, look two or three cars ahead... the third car in front step on brake, it is time also for you to step, or at least release your accelerator...

anticipate worst case scenarios.....

kap's advise is like what my driver in NS told me too.

been practising that. and its good advise, at least that helped me avoid alot of unneccessary problems.

Just drive defensively in future...always assume the cars in front or from the side roads will do drastic things and u should be alright.

thank bro i have done a body check up at Alex hospital at ANE paid 75doll done head X-ray doctor said my head is still good in shape body press here and there no pain good ear no bleeding good cleaned up my wound good eye blue black nothing can be done only clean use egg roll over.Going call AIg now claim of loss no transport take bus to work

Even if the lorry driver claimed u r speeding, from side road to main road, he still have to be cautious before turning out, for this he can be charged for reckless driving......however during the claiming process, the other party insurance coy.may have other means to argue the case, which may result in, not 100% claim from either party.....the way I look at it, it's advisable to claim for total loss and for 1st yr, I think AIG practise 1 to 1 replacement.....

But end of the day, the most important is that u r allright!

what to say..... happy ur ok... but if u deel any dizziness ... dun sleep on it....literally...xray does not cover everything... mri does a better job... ... try to do some stretching.... if u can still do all the things that u used to do... then well n good...else if u feel any joint pains or any kind of pain while strecthing... better get checked again.... be extra mindful of even the minor aches n pains...

your damage will be close to 20K, much higher than the OMV, likely total loss and get a new ride.....

This also show that singapore driving test system not so ideal.Circuit training etc etc..does it help?
