Normal vs OPC Empty Normal vs OPC

Ask you guys.

Do you think it is easier to sell a relatively new OPC or normal car? For e.g. if the car is 6 months to 1 year old, which one do you guys think it is easier to let go?

Does anyone know if a person buy a used OPC and intend to convert it back to normal, will the buyer be able to loan the amount needed for this conversion? Meaning, say for a 1 year old OPC, to convert back to normal, you will need $15,300 for this conversion, will the bank loan the buyer this amount on top of the car price?

Thanks.

If the bank willing to loan, it would be based on total cost of 15.3 + car price ... I am sure they will decide what is the amount they willing to loan.

Question is, will they loan the 15.3K portion? Do you know?

Thanks
