koup price went UP again!

1 Singapore dollar = 0.757216197 Canadian dollars.

So I bought my Koup Sx last month, here in Canada.
I paid $25K.....further more my koup is a 2.4L.

It is weird how prices are so different and the models as well....

BUT....u guys have nice warm weather......we have ice and snow

different le...here got COE and all the tax etc...

yes, the taxes here are the killer...

we got burning hot weather most of the time
nothing like warm

in fact, the heat gets warmer and the cold is getting colder. rain can fall like nobody's business...

blkkoup, have u heard of Singapore flood until knee level? Ya, we juz experienced it like a few weeks back.

seriously, its not the normal engine start sound u get..

i think they really re-tuned the engine to create the roaring sound ^^

I think if the car starts the engine in MSCP , sure loud, cause during test drive, i start and was suprise with the roar...basy sound.....but during test drive i cant hear....I love that basy sound....

I suppose the grass is always greener on the other side
But I rather do without all this snow and ice. Having said that, my koup drives really well in the snow and ice.

For all the extras you get with the Kia, in my opinion, buying the forte is still the best buy for the buck!

just went test drive today. there are no more 3k discount. the price for 1.6m is $60xxx net , sorry cant remember the exact price

well, it was stated until sunday only... but since its christmas promotion, this weekend would probably have another promotion...

Having stayed in Europe for a period of time before, I too would prefer to do without all the snow and ice. By comparison, Singapore do have a pretty good and stable weather. If you think Singapore is hot, you had not experience the heatwave in Europe, or the best, summer in the Middle East

Frankly speaking, having booked my koup of course i hope it will climb higher.

But before last weekend i was actually looking to book the koup after CNY.
But last weekend's prices, bei tahan already...

Car prices will move accordingly to COE. My guess is COE prices should be moving higher soon. Thats my guess.

i read from the review the pickup is very sluggish. i tested 1.6m and compare to my present car, koup not really bad lah. very itchy want to buy but $60k abit high for me. i dont wanna stretch my $$$

for all d bros out there who had already booked, no point to think anymore... juz wait for ride to arrive... for those who wanna think if price will go up or down, well no time is d best time to buy.... matter most is if u think it's worth to pay xx amount or not... remember for car, wat ever u spend on mthly, must not exceed 20% of yr mthly income...

i budgeted 1k per month for this car
if 1k = 20% of my income then i must be earning 5k per month man!

too little la, i think 1/3rd of your mthly income is a better gauge

lol buying car not buying stocks or investment..buy liao means buy liao..

den u r spending too much on yr car le... u need to put into consideration of yr savings, house expenses, lesiure spending, shopping, etc.... to make sure u dun over budget in case anything happen...
