Maybe you can check it out using this list?

Forte Headlamp bulbs Bulblist

If your lowbeam and high beam is using single source, most prob will be H4.
If separate source ( for recent cars) should be H7
Po-lights usually is T-10.

Did you have to remove the whole head-lamp assy by removing the 2-screws on top for each side? Or did you just force your way in by unscrewing the caps and change the bulbs?

hmmm...u have to unscrew the 2 screws on top, then u try to put out from the left side of the headlamp.
then the left side of the headlamp will pop out.
once it pop out, it shld b enough space for u to replace ur bulbs

Confirm! T10 for reverse lights... BTW, if you intend to use the single LED type for the front pole lights... DON'T! If given a choice now, try getting a 5 x 1.5 Watt SMT White LED on a T10. The front-facing single LED does not make full use of the reflectors in the headlamp assy to project a brighter 'beam'. Jenson at KOGS Vendor forum has them for $25 a pair.

Bro, try not to rotate too much or use pliers... Finger strength is more than sufficient. Otherwise, you end up getting flakes of plastic or of the reflector chrome inside the headlight housing when you rotate the plug or deform it using pliers....

Try Philips Extreme(+80%) or Osram Nightbreaker(+90%)
Don go for Philips diamond Vision. Don last one... White but cannot throw light effectively for the driver to see.

Personally used all 3 b4.. Diamond vision sucks.
Extreme so far ok.... Nightbreaker refuse to light up after 4 mths...(2 sets)
Only rational explanation behind I can think of is because of packaging
Philips spend the budget to have a decent blister pack while Osram uses Box without any protection ... This do contribute to the short lifespan.

Post by balonglong_1979 7th August 2009, 7:31 pm

for "white" halogen bulbs, the only way to achieve it is by coating the
bulb with a blue tint. any coating will reduce the light output.

in fact, clear halogen bulbs with no coating i.e. stock color (about 3800K) outputs the most light.

the higher the wattage, the hotter & brighter it is, the shorter the life-span loh. the factory installed bulbs are usually lower wattage (although still same rated) so that consumers wont complain of having to change so often.

typical aftermarket halogen bulbs like osram and philips, lifespan is 8 months only. if sway, after 2-3 months will blow
