Autogauge Setup & Installation

Anyone goes for the autogauge setup and install for their beloved Forte?

what is autogauge????

those additional meter to read your car like vacuum meter, oil pressure meter and so on

those additional dials that can be seen in the more souped up cars?

Else we can do what Mr Brown recommended in "Zhng my Car".

1 Dial for SGP time,
1 Dial for New York Time
1 Dial for London Time.............

with alarm clock function so that you would overslept inside the car. another one for appointment reminder......

haha... funny... but some gauge really useful to monitor ur car engine performance, like battery gauge, vacuum gauge, auto oil pressure gauge and etc

useful on a car that is not meant to go fast? hmmm..

nope, just to monitor the car performance and status.

A Temp gauge might be good for EX, since there is none.

go to mustafa, get urself a cheaper non water proof guage then get a performance pod from any auto shop.

i think most importantly is the Volt Meter ....
rest are over kill
unless u Do some Pimped up under the hood,
Vacuum, Turbo Boost, water temp, gauge all a Ego-boost-HP add-ons... ^_^...

actually not to lancer-wannabe. just plan to get some useful gauge like volt meter and vaccum meter. coz those meter can monitor the car status & performance.

waiting u guys demo it and pls capture some photo after installation done.

save all the trouble ,jus installed scangauge II will do .Not much on looks but very practical for monitoring the "health" of our engine since it's plugged to our dyno port. Some more can clear CEL .Look for Mok under our advertiser/acessories section

Haha.. my sis car has this one... nothing special... it just reflect onto your windshield and display those indicators..

Actually no difference of what is displaying at your odometer right now.. Installing that is just to deter people from diverting their attention to look at the odometer during driving. Basically u just need to look front and will see your RPM, SPEED etc at your convenience..

If you guys really interested, I had to check with my sis and see if can work out a good deal from the place where she installed.

I already installed pro-sport gauges..

Pro-sport is manufacturer by auto-gauge company too.. just that they named it and push a different category out.. its the same gauges just different name.

I installed Volt and Vacumn Only!!

Good to use is the volt meter where it actually shows my battery health.

Vacumn!! our forte does not have the additional air port for vacumn. Therefore some basic customization required in order to get vacumn gauge up together with it sensor.

Overall: Nice looking and providing me required information but the beeping sound is noisy~

Damage: below $140 with installation for 2 gauges.

Dont ask me where I buy it and do installation.. Of coz my personal lobang, dont think got this pricing now.. so

terrier, could u post some photo share with us?

I never got the HUD yet. Saw it on ebay only. I dont know whether can be fitted for our forte so wait until someone bring it.
