Seatbelt Buckle Making Noise Empty Seatbelt Buckle Making Noise

Hey did anyone get the same problem? My front right passenger seatbelt thing damn noisy everytime i hit a small bump on the road. Machiam like the screws inside loose.... Tested on driver seatbelt as well. Felt similar like they use inferior quality parts to make that seatbelt holding "thingy" watever its called....

i got it too. The buckle will rattle when moving on uneven road. It is quite loose when u buckled the seatbelt and will produce the same rattling sound when u shake it.

i don't thing so, the rattle sound not only coming out from the buckle,cos i ever hold on it while driving sometimes still got sound scratch

I had similar sound but I dismissed it a few times cos I thought its the things in my bags (habit to place on my passenger seat).

Pretty sure mine is not, mine is external elements

try opening the center box while u drive. mine come from the center box rubbing against the seat.

dunno mine got no sound if i open the box, or pull the box to the right a bit to prevent it from rubbing against the seat

The seat belt holster is a little loose, can shake, but not to the extent of rattling while driving... Not experienced what you have experienced yet... But if release the belt that time too rushed then will cause it to rattle.

But I usually have the music up to 8/9 which is plenty loud to mask out any sounds so...

I did some tests and found out the cause. It is the seatbelt enclosure... U know the area under the red belt release button? Try knocking that part lightly with your finger... The same sound will occur... Think they need to tighthen that part up. Feel like very low quality like that.

Our seatbealt buckle is too loose. When buckled up, the interlock does not "bite" tightly to each other. I think is due to the low quality of the buckle.

Eh... Complained about it during servicing... Apparently its fixed.. NO idea how they did it...

And the hump knocking sound is gone too... Yippeee!
