Remaining paperworks / Downpayment

Any advice or particular attention I should give during the paperworks? First time buyer here so really appreciate the inputs.

Ask for everything, give nothing!
Everything black n white, best get a copy of it with the SE signature too.

yes brother, ask for any freebies u want, anything u dont like or cant get, dont sign. Once u sign, u cannot get anymore stuff.... U dont have to sign on the spot, what ever they offer u, go home and think over it. Thats what i did

Brothers, even what I've asked for initially, I can still ask for more now? Tomorrow will be making the downpayment and probably for insurance too. I did ask about the insurance paying in installment as mine is around 3.3k but my SE mentioned that max amount is only 2.1k and there will be admin fee so not worth it. Is that really true?

Please advice. Thank you.
