Cost of Cars Registered in May 2009

Hi all,

Sharing with all some information - from here we can roughly tell how much C&C make per car.

huh? how to calculate ah?? me no understand how to calculate watever PARF, OMV and stuffs like dat.. aiyo...

aiya... no need to calculate... just look at the total basic cost:

for 1.6SX(A): total basic cost = 42,318. If buying price = 47,999, C&C only earn about 5k. total basic cost still excludes operations costs, overhead expenses, IU, dealer's commission etc...

If you look at the other cars in the link provided, they earn like 20k, 30k... crazy!

Car registered in May doesn't mean the coe is at 7-8k. Mine was registered in May but coe 5k+. But of course the price i bought was 47999......i think basically multiply the omv by 2.28 and plus coe price will be basic car cost. Minus away the selling price = profit of AD.

looking at the chat... which mean per car C&C earning around 6k++... wonder how much SE earning... 40~50%

ermm... SE not earning that much lah. I know roughly how much already but really not that much

it's a no frills salary for the SEs

SE earns $400-$500 per car? Plus 1% of your loan size, plus x% of your insurance, plus x% of your trade-in car......total amt shd be quite substantial.....>$1k per sales at least??? Anyone can confirm my guesstimation???

My SE told me he earn $800 per car...

While I was at Leng Kee to talk to the technical manager, I overheard a SE (I think his name sound like Willie) telling his customer since launch till now he already sold more than 70 units of forte..imagine per unit average $500 (worst scenario), till now he earned $35K liao.....

Good $$$ for the SE now as forte is selling like hotcake....
