Poll for location of 3rd meet up

Important considerations for the next meet up location :
1. Amber parking lots for up to 50 cars (so that we can take group picture and TCSS without causing any inconvenience to others).
2. Should have shade so that all will not be cooked ....

date and time will only be decided after we've confirmed the location......maybe in early July since now already June? let wait for the location to be finalised first.....

muff, can change the poll to allow multi-voting? I'm actually ok a few places, not just one.

Yeah West Side would be an ideal place for 3rd Meet-Up. Hehehe.

Hmm..farmart seems to be quite a popular place for the meetup, but there got enuff parking lots meh..coz i just went this afternoon..
and the car parks were already full..and not possible to accomodate like 50 of us..hmm..tink maybe 10 got prob already..

is west coast park big enuf?

This question I tink can let Bro Tiny answer. He's a ''west coaster'' rite? Maybe need his help go recce West Coast carpark space.

If we're going to have a group picture with for all our Forte, we will need much more parking lots so as not to mix with the other public users.......imagine having group picture with other makes of vehicle in between ours.....

West Coast Park is big..in fact is very big as there are many carparks there..just like ECP..where they have Carpark A B C etc..dun park near Macdonald's as there will be many cars..very hard to fit all Fortes in one stretch like Kallang Leisure..we can park somewhere before the Macdonald's..near the shipyard area..there more ulu..less cars will park there..

ulu is ok but should have toilet nearby.......otherwise got to bring plastic bag, rubber band, pail, tapes etc......

Yah there are 2 more carparks before macdonald's one, those are smaller but can still fit about 50cars easily. And both got toilet nearby.

Seems like F1 pit very popular.....anyone know how we can arrange with the people there ? (but like wat Mrs Beng mentioned by July, most likely it will be closed for F1 preparation........)

As for Marina Barrage, the biggest carpark (not very big) there has no shade and have to share with public (may have problems with group photo too).........

West coast park look like a possible location as it meets most of our requirements........

If no objection, this poll should end this coming Sunday 14th June.......
and we'll decide on the location based on the one with the most number of votes. However if the number 1 choice location is unavailable, the location with the next highest votes will be selected instead.....

Hmm..next highest vote is farmart in cck which i think not possible too..
In my opinion..it's either West Coast Park or Labrador Park..

BTW how is Labrador Park ? enought carpark there ?

Labrador park is ok,much better than Marina Barrage and Farmart..carpark space is quite big but not as big as West Coast..can park about at least 25 or 30 cars no problem..

But if i'm not wrong the labrador carpark at ground level is usually full on wkends, unless you all wanna park at the top there ..

What about pasir ris park? The carpark at the pony ride there. Usually there is quite empty and the carpark is big enough also.

Kent Ridge park is usually not full on weekends. Can easily park 30-40cars there. Plus a tank.

after much considering,,, i tink west coast park is e best place for e meet upz... carpark for 50 forte - no prob, makan - got McD, pang sai - toilet available nearby....

F1 pit seems very popular with everyone here......given a chance, I would also like to go there......but anyone got lobang or know how it can be done?

to get to the F1 pit, drive towards to SG flyer.. the entrance to the pit is very near to the SG flyer.. got to keep extreme left and go slow @ the bend.. after dat, turn in left.. hiak hiak..

Can someone go scout the F1 pit to see if it is still accessable.

prob i can scout there either on wed or thur if i drive to office coz my office is located @ suntec.. =P

yes, this time should be on a Sunday cos the last 2 MU were held on Sat .....suggest the date to be in early July so that all bro/sis collecting cars for June's batch can all come and joint us......

As for the location, it should be decided by end of poll this Sunday......but if got tie then how ?
