Yeah, experienced it the last time round. The figure jumped everytime I refreshed the page.

My heart jumped all the time as they COE price got nearer and nearer to the price C&C bidded for me. Until the value was oubid, my heart sank.

C&C seems to be bidding pretty high for CAT B. any CAT A with bidding so far?

and always refresh the online screen every 10-15 mins as I don't think they have a fixed timing submitting their bids, and revision of bids (if any). Mine was revised during the May'09 1st bidding, just 30 mins before the bidding exercise ended.
