Another Brake Test, CTE accidents yesterday nite ard Kp Java

Hi, all

just to share my close experience of a near accident yesterday nite at CTE, Was on my way back woodlands from Town around 9+pm, along lane 1 following a latio. approaching the ERP grantry (just donno why everyone seems like to brake there!) the car in-front tap lightly on brake and let go!, the next moments, e-brake! and bang right into the next car in front, and i am just a couple cars lengths from her..
I was like, press fully on brake! hear all the krrrking sound and getting really v.close to that latio, but lucky manage to stop.. really thanks to our forte braking power...
Count myself lucky too for not receive from car behind too....

yup... lucky no one got hurt... as all still alight to access damage... but the lady driver in front look shocked..

I think ppl have the habit of checking out the gantry pricing/on/off and hence subconsciously slow down to a point where the braking is required for those at the rear portions of the road.
Lucky U couple cars length away...imagine......choi choi choi! Safety distance yo yo!!!

Btw, did anyone pass by lentor towards Yishun just before the fish farm portion? Saw 4 mata chasing this asian dude and really manhandle him coz he sure put up one hell of a struggle. This big lorry and merc in front of the lanes totally stop and thus turning us behind into spectators.

Wow....ok changing my brake pad and brake hose this weekend....

Have to be really careful at ERP gantries. I also kena a few times even while travelling on left most lane.
Alot of people just brake and insert cash card at the very last minute and never give any thought of the cars following behind.

this is a pertinent habit, slow down before ERP gantry as if discount will be given.... or to shake head after the ERp deduction....
