Bro, the red lining along the front grill, i tried to do it today but apparently it doesn't feels like it stick too well.
The lining just moves outta its position when i just use my finger to nudge it. Seems like there is a thin layer of grease/oil to prevent the adhesive to stick.

Yours also like that?

mine no problem le.. it may be oily so make sure you remove the oil before you apply.. if the sticky part cannot stick anymore, den you can jus take a normal double-sided tape and use la..

Went in to Jalan Seri Pelangi as recommended by bro kiang in one of the other threads to do some interior lighting.. service and workmanship is good and staff are friendly.. patiently answering all my questions and even help me call his supplier for some items i asked for quotation about.. nice ppl.. definitely will visit them again in the future.. in the meantime.. enjoy the pics!! bear in mind that the pics are taken with an iPhone.. cheers!

i got RM220 for everything.. its up from the 200 that bro kiang got but the shop owner told me he used a bigger and stronger LED light for the leg room..

Just an update. I went to Upper Thomson Satellite Service Center for my 5000km servicing. Good staff and good service. Was allowed to watch the whole thing being done. I also asked about the alignment of our cars and they said that since i changed my rims, they blame the rims for the alignment. I then went to one workshop in AMK to do my alignment. Cost me $50 and now my car straight straight!! haha..

rather pay $50 den ask c&c to make an appointment for me.. i think they charge around $130 for re-alignment.. they blame the rims.. haiz.. wat to do.. suck thumb lor..

i saw a black forte,then i was looking at the rims, then u on ur map lights.very bright...looks familiar..then i was thiking..is tht farhan?....were u at the orchard open carpark beside borders ard 8 plus or 9 just now?..if not, then maybe i was wrong..hehe

okie... hopefully the lights are not tapped to ur IU... i kenna once when the IU blackout... in the end LTA sent me a letter to go for inspection and i have to spent $5.35 to get the technician to fix the circuit...

bro Kiang, actually I felt cheated at Hifonics too.

Their so-called 12 LEDs are NOT bright. They charged me RM150 for just 2xmap + 1xcabin + 1x boot - all 12 LEDs only. Had to go back bec 1 row of LEDs didn't work; complained the price too high, they said I should have told them I'm from the forum (I actually did), they will give me discount for other stuff, but I can't find anything suitable, LL lor.

Last time told me their 24 LEDs cannot fit. Probably now got new model of 24 LEDs that fits... sianz

Some bros here fitted their cabin lights in S'pore. Although theirs is only 6 LEDs, but these lights are MUCH brighter than my 12 LEDs! cost only S$45 (vs my RM150)
