Converting to new OPC scheme (Poll)

Hi Bros and Sis, just wanna poll how many OPC Forte/Koup owners out there going to convert to the new OPC scheme. Below are three options:

1. Will convert on 25 Jan 10

Prob not worth it if you do not drive before 3pm on sat. me definitely will convert... 52 sat plus 5 more holidays eve minus $100 fee and increased road tax = approx $900 of savings

I will definately, Sat always reach my office by 7am. Wif tis new scheme i can reach at 845am.

yup!! converting to the new scheme as it brings a lot convenience and definitely savings... now i can look forward to driving to office on holiday eves liao.. yay!!!

Will convert too as most of my day coupon is used for Sat...

Like that, Saturday morning the roads all jammed with normal and OPC cars...

Than the "You" "Me" right of way will start again....hahaa.

I think I stay in bed longer on Sat.....till maybe 2.30pm...

Roads more sane after that time.....I think I pick option "b".

For me, unlikely I will convert as I tend to sleep late on Sat's...

Even if I wake up early..I will spend time on other stuff..

Usually leave house around 4 or 5pm..

I was wondering how much money can I get back if i convert? Bought my 1.6SX at 56,499, COE 18,150. Pls advise me any brudders here? OMV i think is close to 15k

I will convert for full usage on Saturdays..

in exchange for $239 road tax... I think its pretty OK la..... esp for those got family day one... Weekend starts earlier instead of 3pm CTE JAM.. .OMG

if u r existing OPC owner, road tax should be pro-rated ba... i think the following 3 factors should determine the amount:
1. engine capacity
2. when is ur road tax expiring
3. $100 administration charge

From 25 Jan to 29 Jan is weekday. However, if you convert on 25 Jan versus 29 Jan, there is a $3 dollars different in price.

Logic: So dont convert on 25 Jan since there is no different in the usage. $3 can eat a plate of chicken rice.
