Today is a ***** day. Scratched my front right tyre while reversing out of the "pump air" area at Bukit Gombak Esso.

Have to blame my lack of skill. I hate myself. Sad

Rims scratch nvm its just cosmetic but do take note of the tyres. Make sure its not damaged, ur safety depends on it.

Come take a look at my rims.. then u will realise u love your rims.. =)

anyway when doing snow wash at petrol station.. do aware of they way they wash it.. else sooner or later your car will have many creative work by them..

observes how they wash..

usually they will clean from bottom up using a sponge.. which is NO NO!! because sand/dirt are mostly at the bottom of the car and they will clean it all the way upwards so how many hairline work they have do for u free.. avoid such washing shop in future..

a true cleaning way is to use pressure water to wash round the car first.. before putting on snow flake and clean it from up-bottom.. there's 1 shop at caltex/esso along upper thompson rd clean it this way.. thats why they have alot of customer all day long..

Bro Terrier, is it the Caltex opposite the Sembawang Hill Food Centre (Jalan Leban)?

Have not been there for a long time after the previous car wash operator pack up and go after they can't fulfill Caltex's demand for them to come clean with how they manage the advance payment they have collected from customers. I was one of those left in the lurch.

i tot they made a comeback and renew all the vouchers for those have past vouchers?

my friend visited them weekly for washing after the comeback..

I don't think it was the initial operator.

But I know the employees of the car wash band together and took over the business when the operator ran away overnight.

They did offer to honour the vouchers but for a limited time period. It was out of way for me than to go there for the wash. But I agree their process was much better. The tyres were washed by different set of hands. Not sure if it is still the same.

Have not drive over that way for a long long time........so not sure if it is the employees now or the initial operator.

Hmmm, i'm using the snow wash @ bukit batok caltex. So far no issues at all. I smile at the people washing and drying all the time.
