Bro, suggest u do ur DIY, polish and wax or look for better pps..
Initial i dun believe my fren told me tis pps sys 6 given by C&C is lousy wan,
few weeks later after collected the car,the paint work so rough although still shine.
Without doing anything in long term cause u more damaging..
Now i doing my own polishing and wax and the condition so smooth and more shiny.

Re: Toughseal or CSII?
PPS is not maintenance-free and it's not as long lasting as it is advertised. It's just sealant that last longer.
Do not have the wrong sense of security.
Manual car washes at petrol stations will still cause swirl marks. Bird poo not remove early will still dull your paint.
Once you get started on the 1st application for the few hundred dollars, you will most likely go back to them again 'to maintain' the shine. And that will further cost you.
DIY is the best.
