Head rest
I feel that the angle is not really helpful. I can't seem to drive with head rested on the stock head rest. Anyone share the same sentiments and what you did to rectify the problem?

The bone shape type? Works for you. Threw away my old one from my previous ride cos used a few week feel that not really useful. Might be due to the seat's height also for my old car.

Now no L plate liao mah. I think the reason might be u rest you head, lesser tenancy to turn ur head for blind spot vs you not resting your head.

Re: Head rest
Actually the US version headrest with a built-in mechanism to shift forward toward your head. Don't why local version don't have.

Re: Head rest
yeah, these days i feeling uncomfortable driving liao.
not so much of the head need rest, more like the head cannot rest on something, so the shoulder feel more burden in that same position over long period of time

Re: Head rest
Actually i am more concerned about my back posture but that will affect the headrest also. I realised if i sit fully in and give my back the proper stretch. I will not be able to rest my head properly and vice versa.

extra cushion on the seat might help?

Re: Head rest
the headrest is more commonly known as the head restraint. it's not really for resting your head but to prevent whiplash, ie, your head fling backward (after sudden braking) and hurting your neck. with the head restraint in place, it will prevent your head from flipping backwards.

You r right!
anyone knows if we put the neck pillow, will it compromise on safety in terms of collision, since the head rest is design to take the shock , but the pillow is contact point of your neck?

Re: Head rest
Dudes... the headrest is NOT meant for comfort! It is for protection to cushion your head/neck from impact... Imagine falling asleep at the wheel thanks to comfortable headrest...
By the way, give you a tip... If you want to ignore the safety aspect of the head rest and save money, take it out and turn it around! You'll find the angle perfect! haha...
