Noisy wipers
Hey bros, anybody got noisy wipers on their Fortes?? Any solutions for the problem?? Wat do you all use to wash the windscreen and do you all wash the wipers with car wash shampoo or water only??

Re: Noisy wipers
Someone recommended dish washing soap to clear the dirt and oil. It works

I clean windscreen using the dish washing soap, and also added the soap into wiper reservoir. Try it ... quite effective.

Re: Noisy wipers
yes some say mama lemon dishwash to wash the windscreen
and u may wan to consider changing the wiper to those better type..
depends on ur needs can go for silicon type or the framless rubber type...
for me i use the frameless rubber type and the noise and wiper skipping all goes away..
these works for mine case

Re: Noisy wipers
Especially for those in open air. Try to dust your windscreen once every 2-3 days and just wipe the wipers rubber part. You will see how dirty they are. The cleaner the wiper, the less noise and jumps they make.

Re: Noisy wipers
Dishwashing liquid will remove most of the traces of oils... but it will also cause it to be a little "sticky" as well...
May cause juttering too...

Mine also the same. The stock wiper liquid has no effect to reduce the noise. May you share which brand of frameless wiper you using?

Re: Noisy wipers
Its more like the wipers harden over time....under hot sun...what you can do is to pull up the wiper when parking open air.....so it will not melt and stick to the windscreen.

Re: Noisy wipers
I cant tell whehter they noisy. Are wiper suppose to silent? I dont know. But there is something else bothering me....
The longer wiper whooper at the bottom end. I can see it moving doing the up stroke. I have tired to wax the windscreen and it helps for the first few wipes only.... After the wax wear out, it goes back to normal already.
Any solution?

Re: Noisy wipers
You can always change wiper but it may always help.
Stick to stock and change the rubber to silicon.
