Bo pixs. It's juz a small electronic signal amplifier device fitted under the dash ECM to improve the e-throttle response.

Firstly, Forte got e-throttle or not har?

the purpose is to 'cheat' the ECU... for eg, 10% throttle input can be cheated as 70% by the device when put to max. mode

I tot 2.0 is e-throttle. because got cruise control.

If yours is 2.0 and has e-throttle, then use the Pivot AT-DRIVE CONTROLLER. It does the same thing and more.
