Glad you like the above pic bro It's taken when I was at Safra Mount Faber. Personally, I like it too as I find the metal bronze contrasts well with the curvy orange yellow building as the backdrop.

Haha bro.. No lah.. Just want to compare our forte model with other cars and see it in a different perspective. Perhaps, by comparison, ideas may spark of how to improve the look of our fortes.

Tnx bro.. Yes, I did take some pics of my forte with bigger muscle rides lol.. such as forte's bigger brother, Kia SUV and Honda SUV as well as a big Volvo. But I am deciding whether to upload them cos they will make my forte look more smaller lol..

Yes, the parking charges are comparable to some carparks in town.

i like the way you compared your ride side-by-side with those japanese sedans. they just looked so outdated and out of place, except for that Madza 6 which managed to appeal my taste with its sporty appearance.
would like to see you park beside a few european models and the outcome would be interesting.

Haha.. yes bro, me too find the Mazda 6 a big contender with our fortes But one thing for sure is, I find that our fortes have a cleaner look. Less is more..
Ok.. I'll try to take some pics of those euro models if I can. Or, maybe, you guys can try snapping some too whenever you spotted some

Re: JasLovesForte's Metal Bronze
I am not comparing my forte this time with a lorry. The man from this SP PowerGrid truck has swinged his door fully to make way for his bloated belly after his morning breadfast. It has caused a "fortunately" one dot scratch on the front right of my ride.
I thought I could trust them by not shifting my car but I was wrong. Bros and Sis, when you have spotted this kind of trucks from SP, be very careful.

Re: JasLovesForte's Metal Bronze
I used to think these guys would have more respect for other people's car then those big european car drivers...
But I was wrong myself...
I've got 2 dents on the first month alone... @ my home...
One @ the door (dent)... another next to the bonnet (deep scratch the size of a 5 cent coin)...
Now you know why I dun wanna get CSII??
Coz even CSII cannot protect your baby from such jerks...

Yes Bro Joepele, I share the same view as you. That's why I didn't go for CSII too even though ever consider it before. Dropping by Leng Kee to get the paint today.
Thanks for sharing bro Really don't feel so bad right now and not alone to face this kind of problem.

This is how the truck looks like from the side. Usually, these trucks will come in twos or threes and squeezed into whatever lot they can find. Don't expose your forte when they are near!

Haha.. good idea bro But I doubt SP will bother much about it as they have many of these trucks going around in the whole island. But I have been taking pictures of them since the incident to keep them as proof. Hopefully they will come in handy when I need them.

You mean the plate with the angry face lol.. Yeah.. really need to find an avenue to express my encounter. So I express it on my ride and it's really good that everyone here do share my annoyance of those irresponsible door swingers.

Haha.. no lah.. I live on the hill estate above ABC Market. Many people come to this market for lunch and dinner but what is annoying is that they park their cars and TRUCKS on the hill instead of the carpark next to the market Sometimes the residents here could hardly find lots to park their cars during lunchtime.
Yes, my estate has many forte owners. I saw two black forte, one spicy red, two blue ones, one silver and one white. And I haven't include those down below at ABC carparks. I think can organise a mini central meetup lol..

I have just bought a bottle of paint from LengKee C&C. Intend to patch the chipoff when it stops raining.
Just let them know the colour of your ride and they will issue you the paint. It paint cost $8.56
Haha.. bro longbow, be careful lah.. don't "kun chiong" and your baby will not suffer bruises

I get what you mean bro but parking at one corner, the other side is still open to danger I always try to hunt for those single lots that has pillar protection at the multi but they are really very Hot parking lots. Most of the time I can spot new fortes or vios or altis in them

These are 120MB thumb drives lol.. Each of these contains a music album which I've ripped from CDs. I sampled the audio quality to 256kbps and it fits in nicely in one of these. If you have any old thumb drives which may be small in capacities like 128MB or 256MB, you can try converting your CD music into MP3 and copy them to the thumbdrives. This will hopefully make good use of your old, obsolete drives which could be tossed one side.
