standard items in car boot

hi everyone.. what do you keep in your car boot? i colelct car for 1 week plus and i only have one umbrella in my boot.. dunno what to put.. hinking of some standard cleaning material but dunno what to buy.. please advise!!

as for me i got many things to put ... here is the list :

1) car cover with container
2) cleaning kits with cloth and a small pail with one bottle of water
3) baby bags and stroller
4) umbrella

thats shall be all and will fill up ......

Urban myth, you need to put cleaning materials..... But who will clean their car on the move =x

Good to have

1. Piece of cloth (in case need to wipe off things)
2. Feather duster (in case you suay suay park somewhere super dusty, dust before driving off else rain the thing may stick to your car)
3. Umbrella important but dun put in boot, if rain u got to run back to ur boot and u are already drenched already.

Boot dun need so much things.

get a the triangle reflector warning sign + bottle of water / coolant. Try not to fill it up too much. Lighter = better

my roller blade and portable chairs..

try not to put rubbish inside ur boot as additional weight

for me i have

1) 1.5 litres of water to wash or clear bird S*IT
2) my jogging shoe
3) my Quick Wax to polish abit when tio bird S*IT
4) cloth

i buy the car cover from giant abt 25 bucks got the XXL size abit long but ok cos i use big clips to clip it to the car body.

thanks for all the comments! i will slowly fill the recommended items in my boot except parang -_-" right now still one umbrella haa

I put :
- jump start cable
- 1.5L bottle of water (for cleaning dirt like bird dropping, stains, etc)
- microfibre cloth (for cleaning)

Just added one more polishing wax. In case kenna some stupid stain can quickly remove. Mine is white car so alittle paranoid.

I have 1 mineral water bottle.
2 shoes, for gym
umbrella leave it at the driver side cos raining where got time go behind get.
spare tires and all the standards.

1 Polish
1 Gloss
1 Soap
(All autoglym)
1 Pail
1 Hose
Many cloth
1 Saris bones bicycle rack
Child seat... coz am training my daughter to sit on a booster seat instead... so this old one is there for stand by.
Old gadgets for the car that I am not using now...

IMHO, this seems to be a design flaw in the Forte...

I dun think I have come across any cars where the rear seats can fold down but cannot be opened from the cabin...

The other flaw...

Rear window / windscreen is damn low... put 1 box of tissue but always kenna the glass when trying to take the tissue out.

i also no space to put tissue.

i hide in glove box, don't like the sight of it on top of dash board. if but behind the passenger seat its hard to reach.

the armrest is a good option,abit too small. but i like to hide all the rubbish paper like receipts and stuff there. hahaha.

oh one design flaw i got is the place u put the cup, but that its Off topic liao..
