Great minds think alike...

IMHO, our Cerafo Forte is not a compact car. In my vocab, compact car means 1 litre or below (at least 1.3l & below). Ours is a sedan.

By wheel size, our is 17", other higher cc car don't even have this size!

In Continental car terms, our car is actually classified as a small/medium compact car. A big compact car would be the magentis or a Nissan Teana.

They don't classify it on the lines of engine capacity as a single model such as the Golf can encompass anything from 1.4liter to 3.2liter VR6 models. Rather they go by the sizing of the car.

Don't feel disheartened. Last time my Civic was classified as a 'subcompact', which in american speak is 'econo-box'.

KIA nominated all the mid/small cars market as best car to own for 2009/2010. So next time resale price can beat Toyota and Honda leow....but the fact is that the third world countries still prefer old Toyota and Honda...as even though they are make in Thailand, their engines and parts assembly (or quality control) more reliable...so KIA still need to improve on this + keep the cost low so that they can win out in this dog-eat-dog industry...an industry that is very difficult to make money unless you are the best, the most trustworthy...Cheers KIA!!
