Mud Guards

hey guyz.. ask u all ah.. where to get mud guards and who can fix the mud guards ah? coz i noticed tt the car base tends to get all the splash stains esp after a rainy day.. find tt if i dun wash the car often, next time will be difficult to wash off leh..

DIY urself? Got 4 sqaure pieces of rubber and stick onto it.. haha.. actually why u worry abt it since u had ANTI RUST protection for your BASE.

maybe u can ask dos 2L forte owner if they willing to sell their mud guard coz some remove e mud guard due to bk installation or ask ur SE how much C&C selling n push ur SE for discounted price... its best to get from forte owner or C&C coz of e colour match for ur car n e mud guard...

orh... not abt the anti-rust.. me lazy to wash car lah.. so wif mud guard, i dun nid 2 focus on the door portion so much.. Razz

besides i noticed tt those ppl @ the car wash won't bother to wash that portion oso... Suspect

bro,, if install bk on ur 2L.. mud guard need to be remove. try to visuallise by looking at e pics....

with bodykit, u won't be able to put mud flap. unless u r talking abt v-lip or jus a small diffuser..

u can get the original 2.0l mud flap to fix on ur 1.6l. Laughing

I was told on 24/04/09 it's $22 per piece by SE at Ubi. Direct from C&C.

anyway only 2.0L w/o BK come with mud guard..

all 1.6 regardless any model.. doesnt come with any mud guard.

Get any customize mud guard from accessories shop loh..

Those talking about mudguards are those that don't have bodykits and 1.6L ...

if u diy, then u need to spray to match ur car colour. either u screw or rivet after dat sealant.

Nocash, maybe ManCanDo have the mud guards. If they have them, they will be much cheaper than CnC. I don't know if MCD have them or can ask them to bring it.

Btw, is the parts dept. in LK or PG?

actually hor if u go closer to the rear wheels, you can see a small mudguard.. but it doesn't really help from the mud splashing still.. tongue
