dun be over kan chiong (esp if this is ur 1st bid)... if it's urs, it will be urs... it doesnt do C&C any good if COE keeps rising and they have too many orders to clear...

anyway, the price movement will be greater after 3.30pm. maybe can pressure SE if you feel ur chances are damn low...
