Oil nozzle spill when pumpin oil

To all bro.. i just pump my petrol @shell ..After it reach full tank. the pump nozzle came out and oil spill on my tyre as well as my door. lookin at it. evrything is ok.. jus to check whether will it affect my paintwork after a few days orr few months later? thks for any advice........

I did experience that before.. I immediately capped it up and flush the surrounding with water.. so far never see my paintwork fade or corroded Smile

Haha there was once on my old car, i did not insert the nozzle properly. And the petrol sprayed all over me, good thing it was near my home and I walked back for a shower. cherry

Oh...that's happen to my ride too, no knowing until 1 wk later...sian mine is white so can see the flow mark slightly yellowish dogeyes

Better wax/polish that area cause petrol is a good degreaser.

its a norm for me coz petrol sooo cheap at JB dat i pump til over flow n kana e paint n tire. cont pump til done, close e cap then give a good splash of water to e affected area. so far nothing n paint still lookz good..

I wonder did you wash your doors and types b4 moving off.
petrol highly flameable one leh.

the guy who pump my oil . did use water to waash off the oil everything looks ok till now .... hope everything is ok. mine is black in colour.. am jus wondering whether there will be any aftereffect a few weeks or months later.

MIne is white in colour, pumping petrol in J.B then over flow, after which capped and ran water. However found that a yellowish flow mark was seen. Thus used polish it.... The mark was gone. And also when I just collected my car I did PPS on it maybe that help also. Smile
