Thing is, are these resolutions applicable for cars produced for all markets or specifically for the North American segments only?
Where is the source for these bulletins?
Thanks.

From here.. http://www.kiatechinfo.com
I believe these reports/investigations from North American, but whether applicable or not is another thing. I attaching these info for everyone reference only... Some could be relevant for us.
An example,
Kia Tech Info: Sunvisor easily disengaged
Mine sunvisor really can't engaged well for my driver seat since day 1. Its exactly the same problem as what this report had mention.. I had get it rectify during my 1st servicing...

Ever had problem with hose to water cooling unit detached? I had that yesterday. Temperature indicator lights up moment after a "plung" sound. Stop by the road and find the hose detached from the cooling unit. Had my 1st service at Leng Kee on 13 Nov 2009. Not sure if technician had everything check and another technician counter check (doubt that). Travel to KL on 27 Nov and back on 29 Nov. Luckily nothing bad happened. So guys, please double check after your service. Sent C&C a very nice email and see what will happen.

BTW, the performance, not bad at all. But can hardly ram as it is still under 2000km. Not sure has the car run in. So, maintain at around 3000rpm. Hope Chinese New Year can test on highway again.

Top Five Common Dealer PDI Oversights Noted After PDI
Kia Engineers have just completed both port and dealer PDI inspections. The following are the top
five concerns from that report
1. Sticky residue/excess tape left on vehicles after protective tape is removed (interior and exterior).
2. Loose pole antennas
3. Excess parts found in vehicles (plastic caps, plant labels, etc.)
4. Interior/exterior scratches
5. Dirt/oily material on interior and exterior of vehicle
KMA would like to request all dealer personnel to step up their attention to detail especially on delivery
of Kia vehicles to our customers. All items noted above are common IQS areas we are weak in. With
your help we can continue to improve our IQS, CSI and SSI scores.
Lol.. they admit they are weak in QC of new vehicles..

PDI are normally third party contractors... not KIA themselves...

it is not a problem....
it is just a reminder that u need to put on seat belt... not an indicator if the seat belt is fastened or not.... if i am wrong, pls advise accordingly....
