Personally, i liked chrome. So most likely the 2nd one cos it look more 'chromed' to me. Haha. It will match the chrome door handles too mah. thumbsup

But the 3rd one also looks good (like a spider) with some gold wordings at the centre which might match the metal bronze too.

Whats the damage eh ? eeek

The last one makes the wheel look bigger. I kind of regret buying my Advantis, the spokes does not extend to the lip of the rim, end up looking slightly smaller than other 17inch rims.

IMHO, got good got bad la...

Our brakes not "red" color one which has the word "Brem..." le (Even though my bike had.... tongue ).

The "openings" so big... May not be very nice...

That's why, if you see the previous ones that I chose... has many "Fins" that would cover the insides...

But this would mean heavier too... (But looks more classy)

For the Enkei ones...
My thoughts...

1. Made in Msia... may not be very good quality... but it sure is cheap.
2. Sporty looking... but not exactly the look I am going for but the rims are light.
3. FC will be better for sure.
4. These rims are not designs to take hard knocks... I'm not saying that other rims are... but rule of thumb... the heavier the rims... they usually can take 1 or 2 hard knocks.

So... with this info... which rims will you go for?

Hi fortei, yes the mirror will retract automatically (why did you ask ?)but i find it very dangerous !

Imagine you did parallel parking already. Cut engine and mirror retract. You will not be able to see cars coming from beside anymore! I kena a few times almost forgot to turn my head to check for cars. Lucky never got into any accident.

Thought of asking the mechanics to turn off the auto open and retract function. Just use the button will do.

Maybe you can try if it disables the auto retract ?

By the way, did you see any seat belt indicator once you start the engine ?

Hi guys, anyone tried changing the steering wheel wrapping ?
Apologies if i sounded stupid. I got a steering wrap (M size) at Autobacs over the weekend and when i try to wrap it around the Forte's steering wheel, it doesnt seems to be able to do so nicely. Even if i could force and pull the wrap onto the steering wheel, i think it will become extremely bulky.

How to use this kind of steering wrap one ? Do i have to remove the existing one so that the new one can be installed ?

Please dont scold me...... pig

Hmm...the EX comes with leather wrapped steering. Pessimizt, you dont like it?
Usually those wrap that u bought off the shelves are for those 'bare' steering wheels... i.e -- cab
better dont remove the original leather steering, in case u regret next time.

Was told by another bro that there was a place charged less than 100 SGD to change the lights.

So may as well change the oil too.

Lights coz I usually bring alot of things in my boot...

Esp cycling stuff...

So will prob need the boot light to be brighter.

As for the car mat... well, the ones that you have does not really trap dirt... you may wanna at least get a decent one... but IMHO, it may be cheaper to get them in Msia.

Or

This advertiser's price seems to be one of the lowest.
http://www.ceratoforte.forumotion.com/advertisers-f16/motec-auto-accessories-open-till-3am-t1007.htm?sid=5f1b7920ea9e7584db35878a3409c84b
Also the opening timing seems to be "better" / More convenient.
Smile

Anyway, my SE is throwing in the 3A mats for the car... but does not include the boot... So am getting from the company mentioned.
Smile
$30 bucks.... why not?

May consider the Car Life screen as well.

$35 / pair... some others are charging about 70-75 / pair.
